3 1/2" tall, all-bisque comic character, c.1920s, incised: RACHEL/Germany of a large black woman with exaggerated features and very wide grinning mouth and funny expression wearing a white hat pulled down over her ears, an orange blouse and long green skirt with long white apron, brown shoes, hands at her sides. Excellent condition, nodder.
